We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.

We exclusively operate according to the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp)- German Forarders´ general terms and conditions of trading-, latest version, and hereby give emphasis to the Legal limitation of liability in No. 23 in variation of § 461 I 2 HGB i.V. § 431 I und II HGB for: damages of goods up to 5 €/kg pure weigth of goods, in case of multimodal transports (including sea-transport) up to 2 SDR/ kg pure weight of goods, furthermore each case of damage up to 1 million € or 2 SDR/ kg pure weight of goods, whichever is the greater. Paragraph 27 ADSp does not constitute an agreement for alternative maximum liability sums concerning paragraph
